Lonnie (she/they) is a storyteller bringing new life to old tales and traditions.

 

Lonnie is an actor, playwright, historical seamstress, accordionist, and ingénue of the Yiddish stage. She devotes herself to every project with curiosity, warmth, hard-working professionalism, and radiant joy.

Lonnie currently serves as Artistic Associate at the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene. They are also a member of GLYK, a queer Yiddish theatre collective in Brooklyn.​
